Defining moment

As you may have seen in my daily photos a couple of weeks ago, Levi has had a major haircut - all of his beautiful baby curls are no more. What we didn't expect was how this would change Levi. Not just outwardly, (he looks so grown up! A real little boy now, not a trace of baby/toddler left) but also inwardly. His new haircut has given him amazing new confidence - the very next day when it came time to leave him at daycare he happily ran & started playing with no tears for the first time and when we returned to pick him up he was doing a puzzle with another kid and didn't want to leave. It has been amazing to see him come out of his shell so much with just one little boost - a new Levi!
